SmartShop Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping costs AED 25 per order.
Free standard shipping is available on orders of AED 200 or more.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are generally expected to arrive within 7–10 business days after processing and shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, destination, public holidays, customs, supplier processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it will be prepared for fulfillment. Customers will receive available order and shipping updates using the contact information provided at checkout.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update.

Multiple Packages
Products in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
