14-Day Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable. You may also be asked to provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the item.

Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send a product back to the address shown on the shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. Change-of-mind returns
